Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the leadership of the executives of the Secretariat of the Senate. And to compare the leadership of the executives in accordance with the principles of good governance, the Secretariat of the Senate Classified by personal factors this research is a quantitative research. The samples used in the research were civil servants, permanent employees, government employees. In the Senate Secretariat of 300 people, a simple sampling was used. The tools used were questionnaires, data analysis using ready-made computer programs. The statistics used to analyze the data include: Frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, and ANOVA. The statistical significance was determined at the 0.05 level. The opinions on the leadership of the executives of the Secretariat of the Senate were at a high level. And personal factors in terms of gender, age, education level type of personnel it was found that there were different levels of opinions towards the leadership of the executives in accordance with the principles of good governance of the Secretariat of the Senate. Statistically significant at the .05 level
