Relationships between Perceived Organizational Culture and Organizational Climate with Organizational Commitment of Medical Employees in Chularat Rayong Hospital

Abstract

The overall research objectives were to study the perceived organizational culture level, organization climate level, and organization commitment level. Also, the determinants of organization commitment were examined in this study. The samples used in this research was 250 medical employees in Chularat Rayong hospital. The data was collected by using questionnaires. Then, it analyzed with the help of descriptive statistics method such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and inferential analysis, including Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. According to the research, it was concluded that the perceived organizational culture level, organization climate level, and organization commitment level are high. At 0.05 level of significance, factors related to organizational commitment are perceived organizational culture factors and organization climate factors.
