วิถีอนุตตรธรรมกับการพัฒนาสังคมไทย กรณีศึกษา มูลนิธิเทิดคุณธรรม จังหวัดนครราชสีมา

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาหลักการสำคัญของวิถีอนุตตรธรรมที่มูลนิธิเทิดคุณธรรม จังหวัดนครราชสีมา นำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาประชาชนในสังคมไทย และศึกษาปัจจัยสำคัญที่นำไปสู่ความศรัทธาในวิถีอนุตตรธรรมของกลุ่มอาสาสมัครมูลนิธิเทิดคุณธรรม จังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ด้วยการศึกษาข้อมูลจากเอกสาร สังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วมและสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 15 คน จากผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) หลักการสำคัญของวิถีอนุตตรธรรมที่มูลนิธิเทิดคุณธรรม จังหวัดนครราชสีมา นำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาประชาชนในสังคมไทย คือ หลักการพัฒนาสังคม เริ่มต้นที่พัฒนาคน โดยการฟื้นฟูจิตเดิมแท้ดีงาม ส่งเสริมคุณธรรมความกตัญญู ศึกษาหลักธรรม คัมภีร์ธรรม หลักปรัชญาชีวิต ให้ประชาชนมีการศึกษาควบคู่กับการมีคุณธรรม เมื่อคนมีคุณธรรมจะช่วยให้ครอบครัว ชุมชน และสังคมเกิดความสงบสุข จึงนำไปสู่การสร้างภาคีเครือข่ายทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศเพื่อขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาสังคมไปพร้อม ๆ กัน 2) ปัจจัยสำคัญที่นำไปสู่ความศรัทธาของกลุ่มอาสาสมัคร คือ มีความสนใจและเปิดใจศึกษาเรียนรู้ นำหลักธรรมมาปฏิบัติจนเกิดประจักษ์ผลในตน จึงนำไปสู่ความศรัทธาและสมัครใจเข้ามาเป็นอาสาสมัครร่วมกับมูลนิธิเทิดคุณธรรม
