บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการและแนวทางการนำเกษตรทฤษฎีใหม่ประยุกต์ ทำนา 1 ไร่ ได้ 1 แสนไปปฏิบัติให้สำเร็จ และเพื่อศึกษาความสอดคล้องระหว่างการทำเกษตรกรรมตามแนวทางนี้กับหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ประกอบด้วยการสังเกตการณ์แบบมีส่วนร่วม การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การประชุมกลุ่มย่อย การถอดบทเรียนจากกรณีศึกษา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า เกษตรกรรมตามแนวทางนี้ มีความสอดคล้องกับหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงและเกษตรทฤษฎีใหม่ เน้นกสิกรรม ประมงและปศุสัตว์ในพื้นที่ขนาดเล็ก ให้จัดการที่ดินอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ช่วยปรับปรุงและฟื้นฟูระบบนิเวศเกษตร สร้างความมั่นคงทางอาหารในครัวเรือน เงื่อนไขความสำเร็จ ประกอบด้วย บุคคล การตลาด การสืบทอด ถ่ายทอดความรู้ เครือข่าย และการพึ่งตนเองของเกษตรกร ข้อเสนอแนะ ควรส่งเสริมความมั่นคงทางอาหารในที่ดินทำกินขนาดเล็ก มีกระบวนการพัฒนาเกษตรกร เผยแพร่ความรู้สู่สาธารณะ และมีการจัดตั้งสถาบันหรือองค์กรรับผิดชอบดูแลเรื่องนี้โดยเฉพาะ
