การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน: กรณีศึกษา ชุมชนป่าชายเลนแห่งหนึ่ง ในจังหวัดแถบภาคใต้

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการจัดการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนและการพัฒนาแนวทางการจัดการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนเพื่อก่อให้เกิดการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ใช้การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม ให้คณะกรรมการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนและผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการจัดการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน มีส่วนร่วมในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหา และวางแผนยุทธศาสตร์ร่วมกัน ผ่านกระบวนการสนทนากลุ่ม การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนแห่งนี้มีการสร้างกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวที่ดึงดูดใจ คือ สปาโคลน การปลูกป่าชายเลน และอาหารทะเลสดในชุมชน ปัญหาสำคัญในการบริหารจัดการ ได้แก่ ขาดการวางแผนงาน ขาดการจัดโครงสร้างองค์การที่ชัดเจน และการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนจำกัด ผู้เข้าร่วมได้กำหนดแนวทางการพัฒนา 5 ยุทธศาสตร์ ได้แก่ 1) การพัฒนาระบบการบริหารจัดการและพัฒนาศักยภาพของบุคลากรการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน 2) การพัฒนาสินค้าชุมชน และกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยว 3) สร้างความร่วมมือในการจัดการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน 4) ส่งเสริมการตลาดเชิงรุกด้านการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน และ 5) การสร้างความสัมพันธ์ในชุมชนและภาคีเครือข่าย
