การสร้างจิตวิญญาณร่วมโดยผ่านกระบวนการกลุ่มอาชีพของกลุ่มผู้เข้าร่วมพัฒนาความมั่นคงตามแนวชายแดนไทยกัมพูชา

บทคัดย่อ

The research of a corporate Spirit development through career group process of stability development participants along Thailand-Cambodia border has the objectives to 1) study the background and the condition of the stability development participants groups along Thailand-Cambodia border. 2) develop a corporate spiritual through the career group process and 3) establish career group. This research was using mainly on qualitative research method.

The results of the study revealed that stability development participants group has lived in Kantrom Tai village since 80 years ago.  They awakened in the ideological battle between capitalists and laborers in the past 50 years and they were suppressed by the tyrannical government until there was an awakening to fight violently. Therefore they escaped into the forest with students at Kantrom Tai village and fighting against the government at that time.  Later in 1980, the government had 66/1980 policy resulting in students and people decided to lay down weapons to develop the country.  They have been encouraged to drive career with a focus on the process of community involvement.  The effect of this form of development-driven enable them to corporate their spirit to develop their career group members successfully. Furthermore, it has expanded the result to set up career groups in other communities and ready to upgrade to be community enterprise in the future.
