Abstract

     The objectives of the study were to make a survey of 400 consumers' opinions at Kasetsart University, Chalermphrakiat Sakonnakhon Province Campus concerning their satisfaction of Nontree E-sarn drinking water and to find out about the factors related to their satisfaction levels of the product as well as their opinions, suggestions for improvement and recommendations for higher efficiency of the product development. The instrument used in collecting the data was a questionnaire consisting of questions related to the status of the subjects, the information about the drinking water consumption, the rating scale estimating satisfaction of Nontree E-sarn drinking water, and their attitudes towards the mixed marketing factors influencing their choice of the drinking water purchase, including open-end questions related to recommendations andsuggestions for developing Nontree E-sarn drinking water. The survey results showed that the majority of consumers had the moderate level of satisfaction of Nontree E-sarn driking water, a product of Kasetsart University, Chalermphrakiat Sakonnakhon Province Campus. The factors correlated with consumers' satisfaction of Nontree E-sarn drinking water were age and level of education. The consumers highly recommended that there should be a new package for the container as well as the taste. They proposed promotion, and expansion of the market in Sakonnakhon province to increase income by means of more advertisement and more public relations.The most essential things should be purity and the taste of the water. The containers, especially the 20 litre bottles should always look new and clean with all kinds of improvement to make competition possible in the drinking water market.
