Exploring the influence of financial literacy on financial happiness and wellbeing: Evidence of physical therapists in Thailand
Keywords:
financial literacy, financial happiness, well-being, physical therapistsAbstract
This research aims to examine the influence of Financial Literacy on
Financial Happiness and Well-being among physical therapists in Thailand by
employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The sample group consisted
of 175 physical therapists in Thailand. The findings reveal that Financial
Literacy does not have a positive influence on Well-being. However, Financial
Literacy positively influences Financial Happiness, and Financial Happiness
positively influences Well-being. Furthermore, this research suggests that
developing financial literacy and cultivating financial happiness are crucial
factors contributing to the well-being of physical therapists. Emphasizing
the development of good financial behavior from the student level, alongside
enhancing financial knowledge, attitudes, and both short-term and long-term
financial planning, will help promote financial happiness and well-being among
physical therapists. This, in turn, will positively impact their work performance
and patient care in the long run.
