Abstract

               The purposes of this research were to investigate and compare the participation in academic administration of teachers in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 13. The 327 samples consisted of school teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 13 classified by working experiences and school-sized. The research instruments are questionnaires. The statistics applied in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, t–test and standard deviation and one–way ANOVA. The differences were tested by LSD method.


             The findings were as follows:


  1. The participation in academic administration of teachers is in high level.

  2. When classified by working experience found statically difference significance at the .05 level, except the participation in educational supervision. While classified by school-sized found statically difference significance at the .05 level in every aspects.
