For the benefit of all involved parties as well as readers, academic circles, and world society as a whole, as follows
Duties of Editors
1. Editors must maintain the confidentiality of information about authors and article evaluators. Do not disclose information to unrelated parties during the evaluation process.
2. Editors must check for plagiarism to prevent copying other people's work.
3. The editor must not have a conflict of interest with the author. Article evaluators and management team
4. Editors must not publish articles that have been previously published elsewhere. and must ensure that the articles submitted for publication are new works In cases where it is later discovered that there has been a duplicate publication or has duplicate research information without permission and/or not properly referenced The editors must act on these findings urgently.
5. Editors must seriously check articles for plagiarism, such as infringing or copying other people's work as their own. The journal has determined the duplication of work with the CopyCatch program on the Thaijo website by setting the value at a level not exceeding 25%, etc.
6. Editors must oversee the collection of publishing fees in a transparent manner. By clearly announcing the process for collecting fees, specifying prices and conditions.
7. Editors must publish articles according to specified policies, such as the number of editions published per year. Must not exceed what is specified in the journal's policy.
8. Editors must strictly check the quality of articles. before publication To ensure that the articles are of high quality and meet academic standards.
9. Editors must not publish a significant number of their own articles in their own journals.
10. Editors must not have inappropriate procedures for adding citations to articles published in their own journals.
Duties of Authors
1. Authors must certify that the work submitted for publication is their own original work. Do not copy or plagiarize the work of others. If there are references to other people's work Credit must be given correctly and clearly.
2. Authors must disclose all relevant information. Including the source of funding or financial support received to conduct the research.
3. Authors must not submit the same article to multiple journals simultaneously. or publish articles that have been previously published in other journals. If the work is related to previously published articles Must have references and provide clear information.
4. The author must give credit to all collaborators who participated in the research and writing of the article. Each co-worker must be correctly named.
5. The author must certify that the information and research results presented in the article are true and correct. If errors are found later Articles must be appropriately edited or withdrawn.
6. Authors must follow ethical principles in conducting research. They must comply with laws and regulations related to research.
7. The writer must provide complete and clear information in the article. Includes details about research methods, research results, and data analysis. without concealing important information or distorting research results
8. Authors must respect the rights and privacy of research participants. Consent must be obtained from research participants before data collection.
Duties of Reviewers
1. Article evaluators must maintain the confidentiality of articles submitted for review. Do not disclose information or content of the article to unrelated parties. and must not use the information obtained from the article for research or dissemination without permission from the author.
2. Article evaluators must study the journal's evaluation format. In order to be able to evaluate correctly according to the format specified by the journal.
3. Article evaluators must provide constructive and useful feedback to authors. To help improve the quality of the article Including the need to provide clear and complete information in the assessment report. So that the writer can improve the article according to the suggestions.
4. Article evaluators must not have conflicts of interest with the author or the content of the article. If there is a conflict of interest that may affect the evaluation The editor must be notified and the article will not be evaluated.
5. Article evaluators must evaluate articles fairly and without bias. Articles must be considered based on their quality and academic content only.
6. Article evaluators must be responsible and not abandon their work. They must evaluate and return them within the specified time. You should not send it late without reasonable cause.
7. Article evaluators must follow ethical principles in evaluating articles, such as not disclosing the personal information of research participants. And must check whether the article complies with ethical principles in research or not.
