Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study: the school administration process, the effectiveness of the school environmental managemen, and the relationship between school administration processes and the effectiveness of the school environmental management. Population were 1,157 school administrators and teachers. The sample were 297 school administratiors and teachers by simple random sampling. Data were collected by questionnaire with reliability index of 0.89, and were analyzed by means, standard deviation and Pearson’s correlation coefficient.
The research found that the school administration process in schools under Chumphon Primary Educational Service Area office 1 were at a hight level, sort by: command control, organization planning and the coordination. The effectiveness of the school Environmental management are at hight level, sort by building facility community environmental relations, the teacher system
The relationship between the school administration process and effectiveness of management are in positive direction at a low level (r = .25) at statistical significance of .05
