Abstract

The purpose of this research in Learning of management process in Account of community group are the following:

• Study the Learning of management process in Accounting of community group

2) Study the development of management process in Accounting of community group by qualitative research, analysis, synthesis, lesson learned in development of solving the problem. Also by ability and workshop learning and try to continue the development from experience. Observe the results used in the accounting management , discussing with the officer from the government organizations, study visit, analysis with the professionals then bring their guideline to demonstrate, evaluate studying base of knowledge and sub experiment and expand to the other group.

The process of development learning can manage the system by sub experiment, knowledge , ability, evaluation and development. Find out that the type of learning is learning by doing with sub experiment. After that we can follow the result of using, then analysis and develop the format by self-management and discuss with           the professionals. After discussing with the professionals, try to develop again and evaluate the development by Spiral Model.
