บทคัดย่อ
การออกแบบการเรียนการสอน เป็นทักษะสำคัญที่ครูควรมี เนื่องจากเป็นทักษะที่แสดงให้เห็นถึงศักยภาพ ความรู้ความสามารถ และความตั้งใจในการสอนของครู การออกแบบการเรียนการสอน มีหลากหลายรูปแบบและแนวคิดที่ครูสามารถเลือกใช้ได้หรือนำมาออกแบบการเรียนการสอนด้วยตนเอง ผลการออกแบบการเรียนการสอน อาจเป็นรูปแบบการสอน วิธีสอน สื่อการเรียนการสอน และแผนการจัดการเรียนการสอน ครูควรมีคุณลักษณะเชิงวิชาการ และการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการออกแบบการเรียนการสอนให้ประสบผลสำเร็จตามเป้าหมายการสอนที่ต้องการ
Abstract
Instructional design is an important skill for teacher. Because it reflects teacher's capacity, knowledge in technological, pedagogical and content knowledge as well as teacher's willingness. There are several instructional models for teacher's practice or design.The results of instructional design can be teaching models, method, materials and lesson plans. Teacher should have some academic and lifelong learning characteristics for developing instructional design skill in order to meet teaching desired goals.
