Abstract
Belief culture is a way of life in the frame of belief in faith and accepts the supernatural power of the person. People in the faith community are the power of the group to participate in activities or behave according to beliefs while in the midst of the ritual; the community is centered on faith then the members who have faith in the activity. Individuals groups and organizations in the community are involved will be manage about the area in the process should be. The intensity of the faith will affect the management style. Including the preparation of factors related to beliefs. Community management is vital to long-term success in the community.
