Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

         การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพทั่วไป  สร้างรูปแบบและตรวจสอบรูปแบบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในทศวรรษหน้า  สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 3  ด้วยการวิจัยและพัฒนา 3 ขั้นตอน คือ 1)การศึกษาสภาพทั่วไปและวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำของของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในทศวรรษหน้า  2)การสร้างรูปแบบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในทศวรรษหน้า โดยการศึกษาเอกสารงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 6 คนและ3)การตรวจสอบรูปแบบโดยการสัมมนาอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 9 คน และการสนทนากลุ่มผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจำนวน 12 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามทั่วไปเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบไม่มีโครงสร้างแบบแผนสัมมนาอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญและแบบแผนการสนทนากลุ่มผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเป็นเครื่องมือในการรวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ ผลการวิจัย  พบว่า

1. องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในทศวรรษหน้า สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 3 มี 7 องค์ประกอบ ดังต่อไปนี้ 1)ด้านภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง 2)ด้านภาวะผู้นำแบบเน้นการเรียนรู้เป็นสำคัญ 3)ด้านภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ 4)ด้านภาวะผู้นำแบบยั่งยืน 5)ด้านภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรม  6)ด้านภาวะผู้นำแบบสร้างองค์ความรู้ และ 7) ด้านภาวะผู้นำแบบเชิญชวน       


2. 2. รูปแบบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 3 ประกอบด้วยส่วนที่สำคัญ ดังนี้ 1)ชื่อรูปแบบ 2)หลักการและเหตุผล 3)วัตถุประสงค์ 4)หลักการและแนวคิดข้อมูลที่นำมาใช้ในการออกแบบรูปแบบ  5)นิยามศัพท์เฉพาะที่ใช้ในรูปแบบ 6)กลไกและกระบวนการบริหารของรูปแบบ 7)แนวทางการดำเนินงานของรูปแบบ 8)เงื่อนไขและข้อจำกัดของรูปแบบ 9)แนวทางการนำรูปแบบไปใช้


3. จากการสัมมนาอิงผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 9 คน พบว่าร่างรูปแบบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในทศวรรษหน้า สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เขต 3 มีความเหมาะสมและมีความเป็นไปได้ในทางปฏิบัติและจากการสนทนากลุ่มผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาซึ่งเป็นผู้ปฏิบัติจำนวน 12 คน พบว่ารูปแบบมีความเหมาะสม มีความเป็นไปได้และเป็นประโยชน์ในการนำไปใช้บริหารสถานศึกษา

Abstract

             The purposes of this research were to study general situations, construct  the model and investigate the leadership model of school administrators in the next decade under   Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 through the three phases of the research and development: 1)studying general situation and factor analyzing of the leadership of school administrators in the next decade; 2)constructing the model and investigating the  leadership model of school administrators in the next decade by studying related researches documents as well as the in-depth interview of 6 experts; and 3)verifying the model by 9 connoisseurs and focus group discussion with 12 administrators. Non-structured in-depth interview, 5 Likert rating scale questionnaire, connoisseurship and focus group discussion plan were used in data collection. Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and factor analysis were employed in data analysis.

The results revealed that

1. The components of the leadership of school administrators in the next decade under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary  Educational Service Area Office 3 are 7 components:        1)change leadership; 2)student-centered learning leadership; 3)strategy leadership; 4)sustainable leadership; 5)ethical leadership; 6)constructivist learning leadership; and7)invitations  leadership.


2. The leadership model of school administrators in the next  decade  under    Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational  Service Area Office  3 comprises the following main sections : 1) name of the model; 2)rationale; 3) objectives; 4)principle and the idea  in designing  the model; 5)definition used in the  model; 6)  mechanism and processes of the model; 7)operational guidelines of the model; 8) condition and limitation of the model; and 9)implication of the  model.


3. From the siminar of 9 professional and experts, it is revealed that the leadership model of school administrators in the next decade under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 is appropriate and has  feasibility. In addition, from the focus group discussion among 12 administrators, it is found that the model is appropriate, feasible, and beneficial to be applied to the administration in the institutions.
