Abstract
This research aims to study the basic characteristics of basic school administrators. Effective This article is part of the Doctoral Research Program of the Graduate School of Education. The population used in the research is the research at the doctoral level of the students in education administration. or related fields of study and research articles as part of the theses of public and private universities. Published in the year 2007-2017, found in 15 databases on the Internet. The doctoral dissertation led to a thorough synthesis of research.
