Abstract

This article aims to study: The Analyzes of Satisfaction in morality and ethics in the work of graduates from the Community Development Program at a university in the southern region. The population is 33 employers. The research tool was a questionnaire. The data was analyzed by using the software program to find a frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The research found that: Overall of Satisfaction in morality and ethics at a high level. (μ = 4.29, σ = 0.16). The highest average score was respect the rules and regulations of groups, organizations, communities, and society at the highest level (μ = 4.65, σ = 0.49), followed by discipline, patience, sacrifice, honesty, and responsibility to oneself and society at a high level (μ = 4.46, σ = 0.51). The lowest average score was consciousness, love for homeland and preserving the natural environment, and cultural environment at a high level (μ = 4.04, σ = 0.19).
