Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ1) ศึกษาการใช้ Balanced Scorecard และความสำเร็จของวิสาหกิจชุมชนในจังหวัดตรัง 2) เปรียบเทียบความสำเร็จของวิสาหกิจชุมชนในจังหวัดตรัง จำแนกตามสถานภาพส่วนบุคคล กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้แทนวิสาหกิจชุมชนในจังหวัดตรัง จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน, t – test, F – test, LSD (Least Significant Difference) โดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (Level of significance) ที่ 0.05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การใช้ Balanced Scorecard ของผู้แทนวิสาหกิจชุมชน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ระดับความสำเร็จของวิสาหกิจชุมชน อยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ผู้แทนวิสาหกิจชุมชนที่มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลแตกต่างกัน มีความสำเร็จในวิสาหกิจชุมชนแตกต่างกัน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05
