บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาข้อพิพาททางกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับสัญญากู้ยืมเงินและทดสอบความรู้ความเข้าใจของประชาชน ในพื้นที่หมู่ที่ 3 ตำบลเขาพระ อำเภอพิปูน จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ผลการวิจัยพบว่าประชาชนขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจ เรื่องการกู้ยืมเงินโดยที่ไม่มีหลักฐานเป็นหนังสือ การเรียกเก็บดอกเบี้ยเงินกู้ การชำระคืนเงินกู้ และการบังคับชำระหนี้ ดังนั้น การให้ความรู้ทางกฎหมายแก่ประชากรกลุ่มตัวอย่างจึงมีความจำเป็น หลังจากผู้วิจัยได้จัดการอบรมถ่ายทอดความรู้และทดสอบความรู้ความเข้าใจของประชากรกลุ่มตัวอย่าง พบว่าประชากรกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความรู้หลังการอบรมเพิ่มขึ้น นอกจากนี้ การเผยแพร่ความรู้กฎหมาย ทำให้ประชาชนมีโอกาสได้รับบริการทางกฎหมายและมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจในข้อกฎหมายที่ถูกต้องและสามารถต่อยอดองค์ความรู้เพื่อช่วยเหลือผู้อื่นในชุมชน งานวิจัยนี้ได้เสนอแนะให้จัดทำหลักสูตรอบรมผู้ไกล่เกลี่ยและประนอมข้อพิพาทในหมู่บ้านร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่ออบรมแก่ผู้นำชุมชนและอาสาสมัครในพื้นที่ และส่งเสริมให้มีการจัดตั้งคลินิกกฎหมายขึ้นในชุมชน เพื่อเผยแพร่ความรู้ทางกฎหมายและให้คำปรึกษาทางกฎหมายแก่ประชาชน
