The Development of the Collaborative and Integrated Learning Approach Based on Local Wisdom Using the Project-Based Learning of Sculptures for the Grade 6 Students in the Learning Area of Visual Arts.

Abstract
The development of the collaborative and integrated learning management model based on local wisdom using project-based learning of sculptures in the learning area of arts (visual arts) for the grade 6 students was research and development consisting of 4 objectives as follows. 1) To study the basic information and the needs for developing the learning management for the grade 6 students in the learning area of visual arts. 2) To develop the collaborative and integrated learning management model based on local wisdom using project-based learning of sculptures in the learning area of arts (visual arts) for the grade 6 students.3) To try out the learning management model 4) To estimate and develop the collaborative and integrated learning management model. The sample group consisted of the grade 6 students of Wat-Yai Municipal School; 1st semester; academic year 2018. The 45 grade 6 students of room 1 were selected by using the group sampling method. The research tools were as follows. 1) The interview questionnaire form. 2) The learning management model. 3) The estimation form of suitability. 4) The test form of academic achievement. 5) The estimation form of the grade 6 students’ creative. 6) The estimation form of the skill in making the art project. The information used for analyzing was from the percent value, the average value, the standard deviation, Dependent t-Test value and the content analyzing. A descriptive presentation was used to present the results of the research. They were as follows.
- The study of the basic information and the needs to develop the learning management in the learning area of arts (visual arts) for the grade 6 students by interviewing the head of the educational institution, the staff of the academic department of Tessaban Wat yai School and the experts of teaching in the learning area of arts found as follows. The school should promote learning management that encourages the students to seek for knowledge from different sources in order to build their own body of knowledge. Seeking for information from various learning sources and local wisdom using project-based learning could challenge the students. Moreover, the 1st lesson of visual arts should be managed based on the needs and the surroundings of the society by adapting local wisdom for the learning management.
- The components of the collaborative and integrated learning management model based on local wisdom using project-based learning of sculptures in the learning area of arts (visual arts) for the grade 6 students were drafted by using the approach of “PGKPD Model.” It consisted of the following items as follows. Preparation (P) Group Process (G) Knowledge (K) Practice (P) Dissemination (D).
- The result of the trying out of the collaborative and integrated learning management model based on local wisdom using project-based learning of sculptures for the grade 6 students showed the effective value of 83.13/83.56.
4. The estimation and the development were as follows. 1) The learning achievement comparison between the pre and the post learning by using the collaborative and integrated learning approach based on local wisdom using the project-based learning of sculptures in the learning area of arts (visual arts) for the grade 6 students produced the different result with statistical significance of .01. 2) The estimation of the grade 6 students’ creative was of high average. 3) The estimation of the skill in making the art project by the grade 6 students showed that the overall was of high level.
