Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 2 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 2 3) เพื่อสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ที่เกิดจากภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงพยากรณ์การบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 2 จำนวน 317 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
- ด้านการสร้างบารมี มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงโดยรวมและรายด้านการสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
- ด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงโดยรวมและรายด้านเงื่อนไขความรู้ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
- ด้านการกระตุ้นเชาว์ปัญญา มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงโดยรวมและรายด้าน ด้านการบริหารงานที่ตั้งอยู่บนคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม อยู่ในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
- ด้านการคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงโดยรวมและรายด้านการสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันอยู่ในระดับสูงอยู่ในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
- ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ ความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงโดยรวมและด้านการสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันอยู่ในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
- ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 2 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และมีความสามารถในการพยากรณ์ร้อยละ 90 โดยในรูปคะแนนดิบและคะแนนมาตรฐาน ดังนี้
