The Development of Reality Therapy Group Counseling effects of Roles for Pre – Service Student Teachers.

Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to develop the reality therapy group counseling effects of roles for Pre – Service Student Teachers. 2) to find the quality of reality therapy group counseling effects of roles for Pre-Service Student Teachers. The samples were 5 teachers who expert in counseling psychology. The instrument was an opinion questionnaire of teachers who expert in counseling psychology about the quality of reality therapy group counseling affects of roles for Pre-Service Student Teachers. and an opinion questionnaire of teachers who expert in counseling psychology of the quality of test for perception roles of Pre-service Student Teachers. Data analysis was the mean and Index of Item–objective congruence(IOC)
The research results indicated that (1) The reality therapy group counseling effects of roles for Pre-Service Student Teachers consisted of the group counseling program , a test for perception roles of Pre-Service Student Teachers, the experience recording form for joining the counseling group. A questionnaire for students' opinions on the group counseling program based on the reality therapy theory with perceived roles and responsibilities of teachers and group leaders. There were 8 activities in the group counseling program, which was the first orientation and relationship building, session 2 was roles for Pre-Service Students, session 3 was the survey of needs about role development (W = Want), session 4 was the survey D = Direction and Doing, session 6 was an evaluation of the self-assessment of the behavioral roles in the planning, session 7 was follow-up, and session 8 was closed the group. 2) Finding the quality of the group counseling model, with 5 psychological counseling experts considered that it was suitable at a high level. Analyzing consistency between objectives and questions (IOC) of the Perception Assessment Test of the role of Pre-service Student Teachers with the consistency index of 0.86
