Relationship between administrators of educational institutes under the office of business administration

Abstract
This research aimed to study transformational leadership, conflict management and the relationship between transformational leadership and conflict management of school administrators in Educational institutions under the Office of Special Education Administration Group 7. The sample group in this research was the school administrators and 260 teachers under the Office of Special Education Administration Group 7.
The tools for data collection were questionnaires. The statistics in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation as well as analysis of Pearson's correlation coefficient.
The findings of the study on the research found that the overall performance was at a high level and separated by each side as follows.
- Transformational leadership of school administrators the group of educational institutes under the Special Education Administration Bureau, group 7 overall had the average opinion of the high level ( = 3.94). When classified by each side in order, the mean values were ideological influence ( = 4.09), inspiration ( = 4.00), cognitive stimulation ( = 3.92), and individual consideration ( = 3.77).
- The conflict management of school groups under the Special Education Administration Bureau, Group 7 was overall at a high level ( = 3.89). When it was classified by each side in order of mean, avoidance ( = 3.96), cooperation ( = 3.94), overcoming ( = 3.90), tolerance ( = 3.83), and compromise ( = 3.81).
- Transformational leadership of administrators groups under the Office of Special Education Administration, Group 7 were related to the conflict management of the school administrators. The group of educational institutes under the Special Education Administration Bureau, Group 7 were at a very high level (r = .825).
