ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนสหวิทยาเขตศรีบูรพา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 7

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนสหวิทยาเขตศรีบูรพา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 7 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ครูในโรงเรียนสหวิทยาเขตศรีบูรพา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 7 ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 151 คน จำแนกตามวิทยฐานะ วุฒิการศึกษา และขนาดสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษ จำนวน 40 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.978 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า t การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว และการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของคะแนนเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของ เชฟเฟ (Scheffe’s method)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
- ผลการศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนสหวิทยาเขตศรีบูรพา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 7 พบว่า โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ การมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์ การสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ การคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล และการกระตุ้นทางปัญญา
- การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนสหวิทยาเขตศรีบูรพา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 7 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา ตำแหน่ง และขนาดสถานศึกษา สามารถสรุปผลได้ดังนี้
2.1 ครูที่มีวุฒิการศึกษา และตำแหน่ง ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนสหวิทยาเขตศรีบูรพา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 7 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน
2.2 ครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถานศึกษาที่มีขนาดต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนสหวิทยาเขตศรีบูรพา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 7 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็ก-กลาง มีความคิดเห็นต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สูงกว่า ครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถานศึกษาขนาดใหญ่และใหญ่พิเศษ
