Factors Affecting the Success of Community Enterprise, Trang Province

Abstract
This research aimed to study 1) the levels of using internal, external factors, and the success of community enterprises in Trang province, 2) factors that impacted success of those community enterprises. The data were gathered from 387 representatives of the community enterprises in Trang province. Those data were collected by a stratified random sampling method. The tool in this research was questionnaires. The collecting data were analyzed statistics which were percentage, average score, Standard Deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The findings were 1) the levels of using internal, external, and success factors among those representatives of community enterprises were high level (overall score levels of those factors were =4.14, =4.02, and =4.12 respectively), 2) success factors that impacted the community enterprises were consisted of structural internal factors, technological external factors, human internal factors, and economic external factors. All those factors impacted success of community enterprises with statistically significant at .05 and the percentage of success was described as 48.4%.
