Strategic Management Development of Community Welfare Fund in Kamphaengphet

Abstract

     This research aims 1) to study the condition, problem and factor related to the management development of community welfare fund in Kamphaengphet 2) to develop strategic management development of community welfare fund and 3) to assess strategic for promoting the fund's operations. The process of conducting research were 1) study the condition, problem and factor related to the management development of fund using questionnaire collected data from 196 fund officials, village committees, community committees, leaders and fund members were of 341 persons. Group discussion by the informant as the fund management committee officers in charge of the fund and representatives of 12 members 2) development strategic management 2 funds, then drafting strategies by seminars based on experts and 3) assessment of the fund's promotion strategies by using a questionnaire collecting data from 12 community welfare and strategy development experts using statistics, percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The results showed that the fund had moderate problems in all aspects. All factors affect the fund's management at a moderate level. And strategic to promote the implementation of the fund that have been developed, consisting of vision, mission, strategic issues, goals, and 8 strategies. The results of the strategy evaluation found that the quality criteria were consistent, appropriate, feasible and useful.
