The Relationship between Roles of school Academic administrators and teaching behavior Under The secondary Educational Service Area Office 12

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to investigate the level of roles of school academic administrators and teaching behavior and the relationship between roles of school academic administrators and teaching behavior Under The secondary educational service area office 12. The subjects of this study were administrators and teachers. The subjects were 434. The data were collected by using questionnaires. The questionnaires were the Roles of school Academic administrators and teaching behavior. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The research findings revealed that; Roles of school academic administrators under the secondary educational service area office 12 were at a high level; the aspects ranked from the highest to the lowest were curriculum development, the factor of measurement and evaluation, development of innovative technologies for education, learning process development and the educational supervision. Teaching behavior under the secondary educational service area office 12 were at a high level; the aspects ranked from the highest to the lowest were lessons plan preparation, teaching, and students’ assessment and evaluation. Roles of school academic administrators and teaching behavior under the secondary educational service area office Nakhon Si Thammarat were related at .01 levels.
