The Satisfaction of Teachers toward the Curriculum Administration and Support Learning for Development Internal Quality Assurance, Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University

Abstract

The aim of this research was to examine the satisfaction level of teachers toward   the administration of the curriculum and learning support at the Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University. The samples for the administration of the curriculum were 163 teachers in charge of the curriculum and the samples for learning support were 200 full-time teachers at Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University. The samples were selected by stratified sampling at significance Level 0.05. The satisfaction questionnaire was used as a research instrument. Statistics that Were used in this research were descriptive statistics such as percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results showed that the satisfaction level of teachers, in general, towards the administration of the curriculum was high ( gif.latex?\bar{x}=4.17). The highest satisfaction aspect was the new lecturer recruitment system ( gif.latex?\bar{x}=4.24) and the lowest satisfaction aspect was the lecturer administration system ( gif.latex?\bar{x}= 4.13). The satisfaction level of the teacher, overall, toward the learning support was high ( gif.latex?\bar{x}= 3.52). The highest satisfaction of teachers was co-working space management for students and teachers ( gif.latex?\bar{x}=3.68) and the lowest satisfaction of teachers was computer service, high speed internet ( gif.latex?\bar{x}= 3.31).
