Effects of Team and Antecedents on Perceived Organizational Performance of Rajabhat University in Thailand

Abstract

         The purposes of this research were 1) to study the effects of perceived organizational support on work motivation, 2) to study the effects of motivation work on organizational citizenship behavior and team. 3) to study the effect of good organizational membership behavior on the team and the perception of the organization's performance, 4) to study the effect of the team on the perception. performance of the organization. This study used mixed methods with qualitative data through interviews and 609 questionnaires for quantitative data. Data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Program.


         The results revealed that 1) perceived organizational support had a positive effect on work motivation, good organizational citizenship behavior and on team, 2) work motivation has no direct effect on good organizational and team member behavior, 3) good organizational citizenship behavior had a positive effect on the team but had no direct effect on the perception of organizational performance. 4) The team had a positive effect on the perception of organizational performance.
