Communication Strategies for Community-Based tourism : A Case Study of Nangae, Nareng, Nopphitam in Nakhon Si Thammarat

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to develop and apply communication strategies to enhance community-based tourism. It uses a participatory research technique. The key informants were representatives of the community, tourists community, and development specialist. The tools for collecting data in this research consist of; in-depth interviews, observational forms, focus groups and evaluation forms. Data collection by interview participatory observation group chat and analyze the data by grouping the data compose information Explain the data features and summarize the data.
The results found 4 communication strategies as the following. 1) the strategy of using human media potential to increase communication efficiency for community-based tourism,
2) the strategy of using social media to expand the communication channel of Community-based tourism 3) a strategy to communicate the strength of community identity for community-based tourism, and 4) a feedback communication strategy to enhance communication for community-based tourism.
