Innovative Leadership of School Administrators Affecting the Development of Learning Management Innovation of Teachers in Schools under Secondary Education Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat

Abstract

     The research aims to study 1) the innovative leadership of school administrators, 2) the development of learning management innovation of teachers in schools, 3) the relationship between the innovative leadership and the development of learning management innovation of teachers in schools, and 4) the innovative leadership of school administrators affecting the development of learning management innovative of teachers in schools. The sample group consisted of 346 teachers in educational institutions under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office, obtained by stratified random sampling and then using simple random sampling. The tool of this study is the questionnaire.  The data were statistically analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
     Research findings indicated that 1) both overall and specific aspects of the innovative leadership of school administrators were rated at a high level, 2) both overall and specific aspects of the development of learning management innovation of teachers in schools were rated at a high level, 3) the innovative leadership of school administrators correlated positively at the high level which was significant at the .01 level, and 4) innovative leadership of school administrators that affects the development of innovative learning management for teachers in educational institutions schools includes having vision, innovation, thinking creatively, and creating an innovative atmosphere. The combined predictive power of these factors was 44 % which was  significant at the .01 level.
