The Approaches to the Creation of Capacity Management of Natural Resources and Environment with Community Participation in Don Ruak Subdistrict, Don Tum District, Nakhon Pathom Province

Abstract
This research is a survey research to study benefits, level of participation, impact, conservative method, and management of natural resources and environment under the concept of circular economy of community members to bring about approaches to the creation of capacity management of natural resources and environment with community participation in Don Ruak, Don Tum District, Nakhon Pathom province. The population sample is 400 participants who are older than 20 years. The methods used for narrative analysis of statistical data are multistage sampling and survey questionnaires.This includes frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The research result revealed that the population benefits from natural resources and the environment in agriculture by utilizing land resources and water resources. The level of community participation and the impact on the management of natural resources and the environment are at the medium level. The process of conserving natural resources and the environment is planning to benefit from the use of resources. The management methods related to the circular economy include rehabilitating, recycling, and reusing. Additionally, the approaches to the creation of capacity management of natural resources and environment such as community participation are 1) creating perception and understanding of the importance of rehabilitating nature balance and maximizing the use of resources, 2) improving and introducing new techniques in production as well as new research instead of utilizing natural resources, 3) creating community activities with people’s participation in the management of natural resources and environment in the community such as starting an environmental group.
