Model Development of Human Resource Digital Technology Affected the Efficiency of Human Resource Management of Businesses in Songkhla Province

Abstract
The research aims to 1) study the use and the level of human resource digital technology in human resource management affected the efficiency of in human resource management and, 2) develop a digital technology model that affects the efficiency of human resource management of businesses in Songkhla Province. The samples were 400 representatives of the human resource department of businesses. Questionnaires were tools. Its alpha coefficient average was 0.924. This research data was analyzed with multiple regression analysis statistics. The result found that the level of use of digital technology in human resources was moderate, while the most used were social network, websites followed by using User Experience (UX/UI) and Online Learning/Learning Platforms respectively. The high level of management efficiency was getting a job quickly, getting the required number of jobs and working easier through the App on smartphones. Large businesses have more level of use of digital HR in human resource than medium-sized and small businesses, especially management/business and compensation tasks. For model Digital technology in human resource management, management tasks recruitment and human resource development together predicted the efficiency of human resource management at 66.9 percent (R-square =.669) with statistical significance at 0.01. It can be written as the multiple regression equation as follows: Raw score equation: = .396(X1) + .606(X2) +.163(X3), Standard Score Equation: = .445(X1) + .324(X2) +.135(X3) to develop digital technology in human resource management that is consistent with working in a new way in the current situation.
