The Efficiency Promotion of Personnel in Local Government, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province Based on Buddhism

Abstract
The objectives of this research were as follows: 1) to study the concepts and theories for promoting work efficiency; 2) to study the moral principles in promoting work efficiency; 3) to integrate the moral principles in promoting the performance of local administrative organization personnel in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province according to Buddhism 4) to propose new knowledge about “Promoting the Efficiency of Personnel of Local Government Organizations in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province according to Buddhism” This research was a qualitative research by collecting data from documents. in-depth interview and organize a group discussion forum from experts and experts, 16 figures/person. The research tools were interview forms and data analysis by descriptive method.
The findings were as follows 1) operational efficiency is the ability to perform tasks that lead to success in accordance with the set goals. The individual performance will have effective results. Must consist of competence, expertise, and incentives to work towards the goal. supported by the idea of self-improvement. to encourage people to have knowledge The ability to have better work skills. 2) The principle of physical education is the principle that creates the process of promoting strength in work performance. The principle of power is the principle that causes the process of promoting consciousness in the performance of duties. Sappurisadhamma is the principle that causes the process of seeking knowledge. and the Yonisomanasikara method of thinking that leads to a thought process that is hierarchical, rational, and systematic. 3) Knowledge promotion is to develop oneself to have knowledge and understanding. integrated with the principles of Sappurisadhamma; integrated into the principles of physical education Promotion of consciousness in the performance of duties integrated with the principle of power 4) The model for promoting the efficiency of personnel of local government organizations in Nakhon Si Thammarat province according to Buddhism is called the POLICIES Model Planning, Organizing, Learning, Information, Conscience, Innovation, Evaluation, and Satisfaction
