The Development of Creative-Tourism Management on the OTOP Nawatwithi Tourism Community in Phathalung Province Using the EDFR Process

Abstract
The purpose of this study were 1) to study information in the area and potential of creative tourism resources of Tourism Community OTOP Nawatwithi, Phatthalung Province and, 2) to study the development of creative tourism management of Tourism Community OTOP Nawatwithi, Phatthalung Province. This research was qualitative research using EDFR (Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research) techniques. The data was collected in 2 steps which are 1) EDFR Round 1, in-depth Interviews with 19 respondents, 2) EDFR Round 2 and 3 were questionnaire responses from the same group of informants to consider the answer and confirm data consistency. Find consensus of the group by calculating the median and interquartile range.
The results find that:
- local information and potential of creative tourism resources of Tourism Community OTOP Nawatwithi, Phatthalung consist of 1) Spatial features are 1.1) community is diverse and distinctive culturally and naturally, 1.2) the community is aware of the community's value by the cultural owner. 2) Process features are 2.1) tourists and community exchange knowledge across cultures, 2.2) tourists have direct experiences with cultural owners. 2.3) tourists have a deep understanding of the tourism area and, 2.4) it does not destroy community values but leads to economic, social, cultural balance.
2. The development of creative tourism management of Tourism Community OTOP Nawatwithi, Phatthalung Province consists of two development principles. Part 1 is development of community-based tourism management in 5 areas are 1.1) sustainable management 1.2) economic, social and quality of life management 1.3) cultural heritage conservation and promotion 1.4) management of natural resources and environment 1.5) service and safety. Part 2 is development of creative tourism management 2.1) creative community 2.2) creative marketing 2.3) creative tourism.
