Social Problems based Learning Management to Develop the Social Intelligence of Students at Noensa-ard Wittayakom School

Abstract

     research on Social problems based learning management to develop social intelligence of students at Noensa-ard Wittayakom School. This is a qualitative research. The objective of this study was to study the learning management model in the social studies learning subject group. Religion and culture to develop the social intelligence of learners today and to develop a model of learning management using social problems as a base for social intelligence development. Use research methods through interviews and observations. The data were collected by interviewing social teachers. medical personnel Psychology personnel and use the teacher's guide with students in Mathayomsuksa 5/1 at Noensa-ad Wittayakom School total of 23 persons. medical personnel and personnel in psychology. Teacher's manual, there was an interview form of the data. and content analysis It is a qualitative data analysis. through using the information obtained from the study to classify the issues as specified The credibility of the data was examined by a triangular approach to data collection methods.
     The results of the research revealed that the current curriculum management There is no definitive course on the development of social intelligence. Teaching using social problems is still scarce. There are no clear guidelines for measuring and evaluating social intelligence. The researcher therefore studied the guidelines for effective learning management, consisting of 5 components: 1) curriculum 2) learning management 3) learning outcomes 4) learning evaluation, and 5.) in terms of environment and learning atmosphere and applied the aforementioned approach to develop learning management using social problems as a base to develop social intelligence. It was found that the appropriate learning management was A4 format as follows: A 1 -Assign problems. 2- Analyze problems A 3- Accept behavior A 4-Actions Develop behavior This leads to the development of learners' social intelligence in 5 aspects as follows: 1) situational awareness 2) expression 3) sincerity 4) clarity 5) compassion From the research results, it can be concluded that Learners develop social intelligence.
