บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาอัตลักษณ์ของชุมชนมุสลิมและวิถีประมงพื้นบ้าน อำเภอหัวไทร จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช 2) ศึกษาความต้องการของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีต่อบรรจุภัณฑ์ผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารทะเลอบแห้ง และ 3) ออกแบบต้นแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารทะเลอบแห้งจากอัตลักษณ์ชุมชน การวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงประยุกต์โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ผู้เข้าร่วมการวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญซึ่งเป็นตัวแทนชุมชนและสมาชิกสมาคมประมงพื้นบ้านหัวไทร จำนวน 10 คน คัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง และกลุ่มตัวอย่างเชิงปริมาณ จำนวน 50 คน คัดเลือกแบบสะดวก เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) อัตลักษณ์สำคัญของชุมชนประกอบด้วยวิถีประมงพื้นบ้านเชิงอนุรักษ์ วิถีชีวิตและวัฒนธรรมมุสลิม ภูมิปัญญาการแปรรูปอาหารทะเล และแนวคิดการดำเนินธุรกิจเพื่อสังคมที่นำผลประโยชน์กลับคืนสู่การอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากร การศึกษา และการพัฒนาชุมชน ซึ่งเป็นฐานอัตลักษณ์แบรนด์ “ซีเล” 2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างวิจัยครั้งนี้ให้ความสำคัญกับการแสดงข้อมูลกรรมวิธีการผลิตมากที่สุด ( = 4.27, S.D. = 0.55) และกรรมวิธีการผลิตยังเป็นปัจจัยที่ได้รับการเลือกมากที่สุดในการตัดสินใจซื้อ (ร้อยละ 48.00) และ 3) การออกแบบต้นแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์เกิดจากการสังเคราะห์อัตลักษณ์ชุมชนร่วมกับความต้องการของผู้บริโภค โดยถ่ายทอดองค์ประกอบจากทะเล เรือประมงพื้นบ้าน สถาปัตยกรรมมัสยิด และวิถีชีวิตชุมชนมุสลิมเป็นองค์ประกอบทางกราฟิก ควบคู่กับการจัดลำดับข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์และการสื่อสารคุณค่าของธุรกิจเพื่อสังคม ผลการวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นว่า กระบวนการสังเคราะห์อัตลักษณ์ชุมชนร่วมกับความต้องการของผู้บริโภคสามารถใช้เป็นกรอบในการกำหนดองค์ประกอบและข้อกำหนดการออกแบบต้นแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่สะท้อนแหล่งกำเนิด วิถีชีวิต และคุณค่าของชุมชนได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
