การพัฒนาคู่มือการนิเทศการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบมุ่งเน้นสมรรถนะระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ประเภทอุตสาหกรรมของสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี Manual Development of Supervision The Focus on Learning Performance Diploma Level Industry Category Of Vocati

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการนิเทศการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบมุ่งเน้นสมรรถนะ เพื่อพัฒนาคู่มือการนิเทศการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบมุ่งเน้นสมรรถนะ และประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้คู่มือการนิเทศการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบมุ่งเน้นสมรรถนะระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพประเภทอุตสาหกรรม ของสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดสุราษฏร์ธานี เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากรองผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา หัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ หัวหน้าแผนกวิชา และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 70 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม 3 ฉบับ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามสภาพการนิเทศการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบมุ่งเน้นสมรรถนะ แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมของคู่มือการนิเทศการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบมุ่งเน้นสมรรถนะ และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้คู่มือการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบมุ่งเน้นสมรรถนะ ซึ่งมีความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพการนิเทศการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบมุ่งเน้นสมรรถนะ โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับคือ ด้านการวางแผนการนิเทศ รองลงมาคือ ด้านการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหาและความต้องการ และด้านการประเมินผล ผลการพัฒนาคู่มือการนิเทศการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบมุ่งเน้นสมรรถนะ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญประเมินความสอดคล้อง พบว่าความสอดคล้องของคู่มือในทุกข้อมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องตั้งแต่ 0.5 ขึ้นไป ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้คู่มือการนิเทศการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบมุ่งเน้นสมรรถนะ พบว่า โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับคือ มีตัวอย่างและแบบฟอร์มสามารถนำไปปฏิบัติได้จริง มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด รองลงมาคือ คำอธิบายการปฏิบัติเนื้อหาชัดเจน และความเหมาะสมของขนาดเล่ม

This research aims to Study Conditions of Supervision Competency oriented learning To develop a guide to oversee the performance-oriented learning. And satisfaction of the user manual for supervision, learning management, performance-oriented diploma industry of Vocational Education Province Collection of data Deputy Director of Education Head of Department Department heads and teachers and 70 students. the questionnaire include 3 edition that a questionnaire on the state to oversee the performance-oriented learning, A proper assessment of the performance-oriented learning and the satisfaction of the user guide to oversee the performance-oriented, which has a reliability of 0.98 was used in the data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation.

          The results showed that state to oversee the performance-oriented learning. Overall and in the top level sort order: planning, supervision, followed by the current study. Problems , needs and the evaluation the manual development to oversee the performance-oriented learning the experts assessed the consistency of all the manuals in accordance with the index of 0.5 or above,  the satisfaction of the user manual to oversee the performance-oriented learning. Found that overall was high. Sort order: With examples and forms can be achieved. Has the highest mean, followed by the practice explicit content description and the suitability of a book
