Participation in school Administration Roles and Function of the School Board in Small Secondary Schools in Surat Thani Province.
The objectives of the research were to study and compare the participation in school administration roles and function of the school board in small secondary schools in Surat Thani province. The data collected from 108 schools board by using questionnaire.
The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.93. The data were analyzed by using mean and standard deviation, and test statistics, including the t - test. The result of this research found that the participation in school administration roles of the school board. In overall were moderate levels, ranging from most to least: participation in Planning, Participation in Doing, Participation in Acting, and participation in checking respectively.
The comparison of the participation in school administration of the schools board. With difference experience and status are differences statistically significant level of .05, but in level of education was not different
