Abstract

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT OF THE TEACHERS UNDER SURAT THANI MUNICIPALITY

This research aims to study the level of transformational leadership of school administrators, knowledge management of the teachers, and the relationships between transformational leadership of school administrators and knowledge management of the teachers under the Surat Thani Municipality. The data has been collected from 159 teachers, Selected at random. The research instrument used for this research was a questionnaire which showed a reliability of 0 . 9 2 . The statistics used to analyze data were mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation.

Fran this research we have found that the level of transformational leadership depend on four variants: the idealized influence of charisinatic leadership, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and the individualized consideration of school administrators.New sentence Knowledge management can be six determined variants: by knowledge identification, knowledge acquisition, knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, knowledge storage, and knowledge usage of the teachers overall; cons: dering that each aspect is at a high level. The relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and knowledge management of the teachers are correlated at a high level (rXY = 0.790) and at a significant at .01
