The Development Manual in Promoting The Use of Learning Resources of School Under Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

The purposes of this research were to 1)study the promoting the use of learning resources of school, 2)study the development manual in promoting the use of learning resources of the schools and 3)study assessing the manual to promote the use of learning resources of the schools under Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The samples were the school administrator and the teachers total 297 people were selected by simple random sampling. The instruments used in the research were the questionnaire. The questionnaire was reliability of 0.95. The development manual the promotion of learning. Verify the accuracy of the content is completed by five experts to evaluate the consistency and appropriateness of the manual to promote the use of learning resources. By applied to a sample of 40 people using a proper assessment. Data analysis used basic statistics including mean and standard deviation.

The research results were as follows: the promoting the use of learning resources of school in overall were at the moderate level. When considering in each aspect found that there are two aspects were at high level. There were the benefits gained from the use learning resource in the community and how to use learning resources in the community. Two aspects are moderate, there were usage patterns learning resources in the community and The amount of resources available in various categories respectively. The promote the use of manual evaluation of educational resources by experts assessment the consistency of the user manual that is appropriate and consistent. Applicable and assessing the suitability of the manual to promote the use of learning resources. Overall were at high level. considering in each aspect found that the highest mean score, followed by the content and language of adoption. The mean is lowest.
