ความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อแนวทางการพัฒนายุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาคนและสังคมที่มีคุณภาพของเทศบาลตำบลเขาเจียก

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยรูปแบบผสมระหว่างวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเสริมด้วยข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ เพื่อศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชนเพื่อนำเสนอ แนวทาง การพัฒนายุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาคนและสังคมที่มีคุณภาพของเทศบาลตำบลเขาเจียก อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพัทลุงให้เกิดความยั่งยืนกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 355 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และ การสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการคำนวณหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 53.20 มีอายุมากกว่า 45 ปี ร้อยละ 42.82 ระดับการศึกษาประถมศึกษา ร้อยละ 50.10 ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่เป็นประชาชนทั่วไปในเขต พื้นที่ ร้อยละ 74.36 และส่วนใหญ่มีรายได้ต่อเดือนตั้งแต่ 5,001-15,000 บาท ร้อยละ 52.68 ประชาชน มีความคิดเห็นต่อแนวทาง การพัฒนายุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาคนและสังคมที่มีคุณภาพของเทศบาลตำบล เขาเจียกโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก คิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.27 การวิเคราะห์ความคิดเห็นของประชาชน ต่อแนวทางการพัฒนายุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาคนและสังคมที่มีคุณภาพของเทศบาลตำบลเขาเจียก แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

ผลการวิจัยจากการจัดสนทนากลุ่ม จำนวน 18 คนพบว่า ในบางกิจกรรมและโครงการต่างๆ ที่เทศบาลตำบลเขาเจียกดำเนินการยังมีปัญหา และอุปสรรคอยู่ จึงได้เสนอแนวทางแก้ไขเพื่อนำมาปรับปรุง กิจกรรมหรือโครงการให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพ ประสิทธิผลยิ่งขึ้น และได้นนำข้อเสนอแนะเพิ่มเติมจากการ สนทนากลุ่มเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการพัฒนายุทธศาสตร์เพื่อกำหนดแนวทางการพัฒนารูปแบบใหม่ๆ ให้ตรงกับ ความต้องการของประชาชนอย่างแท้จริงเพื่อให้เกิดการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนต่อไป

เทศบาลตำบลเขาเจียกต้องมีการประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูล ข่าวสารให้ประชาชนได้รับรู้และเปิดโอกาส ให้ประชาชนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมต่อการดำเนินงานของเทศบาลให้มากขึ้น โดยการให้มีตัวแทนของประชาชน เข้ามาเป็นคณะกรรมการร่วมบริหารงานกับเทศบาลตำบลเขาเจียก เพื่อให้เกิดความยุติธรรม โปร่งใส และการทำงานต้องยึดหลักธรรมาภิบาล หลักเหตุผลและสันติวิธี โดยต้องคำนึงถึงประโยชน์ของประชาชน และต้องสนองตอบต่อความต้องการของประชาชนให้มากที่สุด This research is the mix pattern research between quantitative research and 54 วารสาร นาคบุตรปริทรรศน์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช qualitativeresearch.

Public Opinion regarding the Strategy Development Approach of Social Quality of Khaojeak Municipal Subdistrict

The purpose were to study about opinion level and comparison for people to the Strategy Development Approach of Social Quality of Khaojeak municipal district Muang district, Phatthalung province. It is sustainability sample of 355 people. The data were collected by questionnaire and discussion groups. Data were analyzed by calculating the frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation.

The result of this research found that woman almost sample was 53.20 percent, 45 years old was 42.82, Prathom level 50.10 percent, most of the general people in the area of 74.36 percent, and most have a monthly income ranging from 5,001-15,000 bath 52.68 percent. The people has the opinion to the strategy development approach of social quality of Khaojeakmunicipalsubdistrict was a high levelin 4.27 percent. The analysis of public opinion Public Opinion regarding the strategy development approach of social quality of Khaojeakmunicipalsubdistrict was difference statistically significant at the 0.05 level.

The result of the focus group of 18 people were found the barriers for some activity and project at Khaojeak municipalsubdistrict. So I gave propose to improve the effectiveness of activities or projects to be effective, have additional suggestions from the discussion groups about ways to develop a strategic approach to the development of new forms. To meet the needs of the people to achieve development that is truly sustainable. Khaojeak municipalsubdistrict must have information and news public awareness and allow people to contribute to the operation of the municipality more. Then the representatives of the people into a joint management committee with

Khaojeak municipalsubdistrict to be fair, transparent, and work must be based on good governance. Rational and peaceful way taking into account the public interest and the need to respond to the needs of the people as much as possible.
