การบริหารจัดการระบบคุณภาพตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 12

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการบริหารจัดการระบบคุณภาพตามเกณฑ์ คุณภาพโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 12 ประชากรที่ใช้ใน การวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 65 คน และหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ทั้ง 8 กลุ่มสาระ จำนวน 104 คน รวมทั้งหมดจำนวน 169 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามชนิด มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยประชากร และค่าส่วน เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานประชากรทดสอบ ค่าแอฟ (F-test) ค่าที (t-test) และค่าความแปรปรวน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. การบริหารจัดการระบบคุณภาพตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 12 โดยภาพรวมทั้ง 7 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน เรียงตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย พบว่าด้านการนำองค์กร มีค่าเฉลี่ย มากที่สุด รองลงมาได้แก่ด้าน การวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์ ด้านผลลัพธ์ ด้านการมุ่งเน้นผู้เรียนและผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย ด้านการจัดกระบวนการ ด้านการวัด การวิเคราะห์และการจัดการความรู้ ด้านการมุ่งเน้นบุคลากร ตามลำดับ

2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบการบริหารจัดการระบบคุณภาพตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 12 โดยจำแนกตามเพศ ไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน

3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบการบริหารจัดการระบบคุณภาพตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 12 โดยจำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษามีความแตกต่างกัน

4. ผลการเปรียบเทียบการบริหารจัดการระบบคุณภาพตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพโรงเรียนมาตรฐานสากล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 12 โดยจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงานมีความ แตกต่างกัน

Quality System Management For World - Class Standard School  in Secondary Education Service Area Office 12

This research aims to study the quality of the quality system management for world class standard school in Secondary Education Service Area Office 12. The subject of the study were 169 people; 65 school admistrators and 104 heads of 8 learning groups.

A questionnaire was used as a tool to collect the data. The researcher used the rating scale question.

The researcher analyzed the data by using frequency, percentage, population mean and standard deviation, F-test ,t-test and One Way ANOVA.

1. The results of the study found that the quality system management for world class standard school in Secondary Education Service Area Office 12 in 7 aspects were at good level. The results in descending order from the highest to the lowest average were the leadership, the strategic planning, the results, the students and stakeholder, the process management, the measurement, knowledge management and the faculty and staff development.

2. The result of comparison the quality system management for world class standard school in Secondary Education Service Area Office 12 by separating the gender was not different.

3. The result of comparison the quality system management for world class standard school in Secondary Education Service Area Office 12 by separating the education level was different.

4. The result of comparison the quality system management for world class standard school in Secondary Education Service Area Office 12 by separating the working experience was different.
