การประเมินผลการดำเนินงานโครงการการพัฒนาชุมชนเป็นพื้นที่แบบพึ่งตนเองและยั่งยืน ADP ลำทับ จังหวัดกระบี่

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะการดำเนินงานโครงการพัฒนาชุมชนเป็น พื้นที่แบบพึ่งตนเองและยั่งยืน ADP ลำทับ 2) เพื่อพัฒนาความพร้อมด้านศักยภาพการดำเนินงานโครงการ พัฒนาชุมชนเป็นพื้นที่แบบพึ่งตนเองและยั่งยืน ADP ลำทับ 3) เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพ ผลสำเร็จ และ ผลกระทบ การดำเนินงานโครงการพัฒนาชุมชนเป็นพื้นที่แบบพึ่งตนเองและยั่งยืน ADP ลำทับ

ผู้วิจัยได้เก็บข้อมูลกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 4 ตำบล ได้แก่ ตำบลทุ่งไทรทอง ตำบลลำทับ ตำบลดินอุดม และ ตำบลดินแดง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ เด็ก ผู้ปกครอง ครู และผู้นำชุมชนโดยใช้เครื่องมือ ในการวิจัยได้แก่ การสัมภาษณ์ การสังเกต การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และการสัมมนากลุ่ม

ผลการศึกษา พบว่า เด็กมีสุขภาพสมบูรณ์แข็งแรง ได้รับการศึกษาเพื่อใช้ในการดำรงชีวิต มีคุณธรรม และเอื้ออาทรต่อคนรอบข้าง และได้รับการดูแลปกป้องและมีส่วนร่วม ผู้นำชุมชนมีบทบาทในการดูแล ช่วยเหลือส่งเสริมสนับสนุนตามกลุ่มอาชีพต่างๆ เพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพไปถึงความสำเร็จ และพร้อมพัฒนา ศักยภาพพึ่งพาตนเอง และเป็นที่พึ่งของครอบครัวต่อไป

Assessment of Area Development Program at Lam Thap ADP, Krabi Province

The present study aims to study the operation of Area Development Program at Lam Thap ADP, to develop the potential readiness of the pragram, and to assess the effectiveness, the achievement, and the impact of the program at Lam Thap ADP.

The data were collected from the subjects living in 4 sub-districts: Thung Saithong, Lam Thap, Din-U-Dom, and Dindaeng. The subjects were children, parents, teachers, and community leaders in the targeted areas. The research instruments were interview, observation, in-dept interview, and group seminar.

The results were found

1. It was found that children had a better chance for education and were able to take part in various learning activities such as field trips. This leaded the children to better performances. In other words, they were more confident, had more leadership, and more creative.

2. Regarding the potential readiness, parents or community leaders had their own job after the foundation has made the occupation group strong and stable. In the future, the occupation group could become sustainable.

3. World Vision in the cooperation with the community leaders has played an important role on assisting the occupation group by supporting the group to have necessary knowledge and training for their occupation.
