การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณธรรมพื้นฐานของนักเรียน ระดับประถมศึกษาในอำเภอบ้านนาเดิม จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการปฏิบัติตามคุณธรรมพื้นฐานและความต้องการ ในการฝึกอบรม เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณธรรมพื้นฐานของนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา ในอำเภอบ้านนาเดิม จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี เพื่อทดลองใช้และประเมินหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้าง คุณธรรมพื้นฐานของนักเรียนชั้นระดับประถมศึกษาในอำเภอบ้านนาเดิม จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี เก็บรวบรวม ข้อมูลจากนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 138 คน และผู้เข้าอบรมจำนวน 40 คน โดยมีวิธีดำเนิน การ 3 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาระดับการปฏิบัติตามคุณธรรมพื้นฐานและความต้องการฝึกอบรม ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การทดลองใช้และประเมินหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม โดยใช้ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.83 แบบประเมินคุณภาพหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม แบบทดสอบวัดความรู้ มีค่าความยาก ระหว่าง 0.30 - 0.77 แบบสอบถามประเมินเจตคติ แบบสอบถามประเมินความพึงพอใจ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติพื้นฐานได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติในการทดสอบได้แก่ สถิติทดสอบค่าที

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า นักเรียนมีการปฏิบัติตามคุณธรรมพื้นฐานอยู่ในระดับปานกลางและมีความ ต้องการฝึกอบรมอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณธรรมพื้นฐานของนักเรียน ระดับประถมศึกษาในอำเภอบ้านนาเดิม จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี พบว่า หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมมีความสอดคล้อง เหมาะสม ผลการทดลองใช้และประเมินผลหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม พบว่า หลังการฝึกอบรมผู้เข้าฝึกอบรมมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจและเจตคติสูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการฝึกอบรม อยู่ในระดับมาก

Development of a Training Curriculum for Enhancing Fundamental  Ethics of Prathomsuksa Students in Ban Na Doem District, Suratthani Province

The objectives of this research were: to study the performance based on fundamental ethics and needs of training, to develop a training curriculum for enhancing fundamental ethics of high school students; and to trial and assess a training curriculum for enhancing fundamental ethics of higt school students in Ban Na Doem District, Surat Thani Province. The data were collected from 138 students who were in grade 6 and 40 training participants. The data collection procedure consisted of 3 steps: Step 1 was to study the performance based on fundamental ethics and needs of training. Step 2 was to develop a training curriculum, and Step 3 was to trial and assess a training curriculum by using a questionnaire with reliability index of 0.83, a training curriculum assessment form, a test with difficulty index between 0.30 – 0.77, an attitude questionnaire, and a satisfaction questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation, and t-test.

The results showed that the performance based on fundamental ethics of the students was at a moderate level and the needs of training were at a high level. The training curriculum development for enhancing fundamental ethics of higt school students in Ban Na Doem District, SuratThani Province, showed that the curriculum was consistent and appropriate. In addition, the trial and assessment results of the curriculum showed that, after participating in the training, the knowledge and attitudes of the participants were higher with statistical significance level of 0.05. The satisfaction assessment towards the training was at a high level.
