การระดมทรัพยากรเพื่อการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน อำเภอเคียนซา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 3

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการระดมทรัพยากรเพื่อการศึกษาของ โรงเรียนในระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน อำเภอเคียนซา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา สุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 3 เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจำนวน 32 คน ครู ผู้สอน จำนวน 133 คน รวม 165 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.97 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติพื้นฐานได้แก่ ค่า เฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบ ได้แก่การทดสอบค่าที

ผลการวิจัย พบว่าการระดมทรัพยากรเพื่อการศึกษาของโรงเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อ พิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล และด้านทรัพยากรการจัดการ อยู่ในระดับมาก ทรัพยากร ด้านการเงินและทรัพยากรด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ผลการเปรียบเทียบการระดมทรัพยากร เพื่อการศึกษาของโรงเรียน จำแนกตาม ตำแหน่ง ระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัย สำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

Resources for Education in the School of the Basic Education Khiansa District under Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

The purpose of this research was to study and to compare the resources for schools of education in the basic education level Khiansa district under Surat Thani Primary educational service area office 3 classified by position, education level and work experience. The data were collected data from 32 school administrators and 133 teachers, including 165 prople by used questionnaire and its reliability was 0.97. The data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation.

The results showed that the resources for education of schools were at a high level. Considering each aspect, it was found that human resources, and resource management were in the high level. Financial resources and material resources were in the medium level. The comparison of the resources to the school of education in different position, education level, and different opinions varied significantly at 0.05.
