แนวทางพัฒนาและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการประชุมคณะกรรมการเครือข่าย สถาบันอุดมศึกษาจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจการประชุม และศึกษาแนวทางการเพิ่ม ประสิทธิภาพการประชุมคณะกรรมการเครือข่ายสถาบันอุดมศึกษาจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ประชากรที่ศึกษา ได้แก่ บุคลากรในเครือข่ายสถาบันอุดมศึกษาจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช จำนวน 10 สถาบัน รวม 102 ฉบับ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ศึกษาได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจการประชุม และแบบสอบถามชนิดปลายเปิด จากนั้น นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์โดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต () และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.)

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจการประชุมของคณะกรรมการเครือข่ายสถาบัน อุดมศึกษาจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชด้านเท่ากัน 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ การดำเนินการประชุมและการจัดทำรายงาน การประชุม มีค่า () เท่ากับ 3.94 และค่า (S.D.) เท่ากับ 0.66 รองลงมาได้แก่ สถานที่และเวลาการประชุม () เท่ากับ 3.93 และค่า (S.D.) เท่ากับ 0.66

แนวทางพัฒนาและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการประชุม คณะกรรมการฯต้องเล็งเห็นความสำคัญของการ ประชุม มีการบริหารเวลาตามปฏิทินที่กำหนดไว้ และมอบหมายบุคคลนั้นเข้าประชุมสม่าเสมอ เพราะ สามารถเกิดอย่างต่อเนื่อง การประชุมที่มีประสิทธิภาพ โดยการนำกระบวนการประชุมมาดำเนินการคือ ข้อ หนึ่ง ก่อนประชุมมีการวางแผน ข้อสอง ระหว่างการประชุม ประธานดำเนินการประชุมเป็นไปตาม ระเบียบวาระการประชุม ควบคุมไม่ให้ออกนอกประเด็น กระตุ้นให้ผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมแสดง ความคิดเห็น และสรุปประเด็นให้ชัดเจน และข้อสาม หลังการประชุม โดยการบันทึกรายงานการประชุม รับรองรายการการประชุม ตลอดจนการดำเนินตามแผนงานถูกต้อง และมีความเข้าใจตรงกัน

The Development and Increase Efficiency for the Meeting of Network Institution of Education Committee of Nakhon Si Thammarat Province

The purposes of this research were learning the satisfaction and the deferment format process efficiency to the Meeting Network Institutions of Education Committee in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The samplers of research were the coefficients in Education and Higher education Institutes. The feedback data were from 10 institutes, which 102 papers for sent back analysis. Percentage average. arithmetic mean, and standard deviation were used for analysis.

The result of the study showed that : the network meeting was on the most popular
satisfaction with the equal voting scores between the processing and reporting. The statistical analysis was  = 3.94 and S.D. = 0.66 while the next lower step of voting scores was pointed to the places and interval of times, with  = 3.93 and S.D. = 0.66

The directed plan of developing and increasing efficiency of the network meetings. The committee should have well planned on the appointed time table. The reprentative form each institution should be the same participant to each event of network meeting. The reason was to confirm more consequently informations. The efficient meeting made by the processing role playing was firstly to develop well ordering plan in advance before the meeting holding. Secondly, while the meeting was going on, the president had to exactly control the meeting description in time, not to be allowed one discussed out bound of meeting topics. The president should encourage all members to participate and support to best reasonable opinions. Before the meeting ended, the president needed to make conclusions to every case shortly and easily clear. Thirdly after the meeting already finished, shortnotes needed simplified to be an efficient documents. The decision agreements at the high votes rates voter should be followed by the participants of meeting. Those efficient documents used for the common understanding and for the best directed administration plans. That ran effectively for all Institutions in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province.
