การพัฒนาคู่มือส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กสำหรับครูปฐมวัยในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการพัฒนาคู่มือ และทดลองใช้ และประเมินความเหมาะสมของคู่มือส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กสำหรับครูปฐมวัยในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก จังหวัด นครศรีธรรมราช วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย มี 3 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจาก ครูปฐมวัย จำนวน 289 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.987 ขั้นตอนที่ 2 พัฒนาคู่มือส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กสำหรับครูปฐมวัย โดยศึกษาแนวคิด ทฤษฎีและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง ร่างคู่มือ ตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องโดยผู้ เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 ท่าน ได้ดัชนีความสอดคล้องทุกด้าน 0.80 ขึ้นไป ขั้นตอนที่ 3 ทดลองใช้คู่มือกับครู ปฐมวัย จำนวน 50 คน ใช้แบบประเมินความเหมาะสม ค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.952 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้น ฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัญหาการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณา เป็นรายด้าน พบว่าการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการด้านสติปัญญา และการจัดกิจกรรมเกมการศึกษามีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ใน ระดับมาก ความต้องการวิธีการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็ก ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการ ด้านสติปัญญา และการจัดกิจกรรมเกมการศึกษามีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

ผลการพัฒนาคู่มือ ได้คู่มือประกอบด้วย บทนำ คำชี้แจงในการใช้คู่มือ การส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กใน ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก และแบบฝึกเพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กด้านร่างกาย ด้านอารมณ์ จิตใจ ด้านสังคม และ ด้านสติปัญญา ได้คู่มือที่มีดัชนีความสอดคล้องด้านเนื้อหา 0.80 ขึ้นไป

ผลการทดลองใช้และประเมินความเหมาะสม พบว่า ในภาพรวมและรายด้านคู่มือมีความเหมาะสม อยู่ในระดับมาก ยกเว้นด้านการจัดการในบทเรียนมีความเหมาะสมในระดับมากที่สุด

Development of Manual of Child Development Promotion for Teachers at Pre-School Level in Child Development Center in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province

This objectives of this research were to study the conditions of problems and the need to develop, Implement and evaluate the appropriateness of the manual for child development promotion for teachers at pre-school level in child development center of Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The methodology had three stages. Step 1 was to collect information from 289 teachers by questionnaire, which the reliability was 0.987 Step 2 was to promote child development guide for teachers. The Study Theory and related materials to draft manual and the consistency checked by 5 experts had all the consistency index of 0.80 or above. Phase 3 trial of 50 guides to teachers use assessment. The reliability was 0.952. The data were analyzed using basic statistics such as mean and standard deviation.

The results showed that the enhancement of child development was moderate. When considering each aspect, the promoting of cognitive development, and educational games and activities had the average level. The need to promote growth and development, in the overall level, and promoting cognitive development and activities, educational games had the highest level. The Developer's Guide included an introduction to a statement in the guide, the development of children in child care centers, and training to promote child development, physical, emotional, social and intellectual. To guide the IOC, the content should be 0.80 or above.

Experimental results and evaluation showed that the user has overall the appropriate level. The management of the lessons was suitable for most levels.
