การรับรู้และการปรับตัวของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราชในการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราชใน การเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนเพื่อศึกษาการปรับตัวของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราชในการ เข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน และศึกษาปัญหาอุปสรรคของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราชในการ เข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนโดยการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานเชิงปริมาณและคุณภาพเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) การวิจัยภาคสนาม โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้จำนวน 350 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ (Percent) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในเชิงพรรณนาวิเคราะห์

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างทุกคนรู้ว่าประเทศไทยจะมีการเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนในปี พ.ศ. 2558 อาทิเช่น รายละเอียดที่เกี่ยวข้องประชาคม ที่ตั้งสำนักงานใหญ่ รวมถึงสมาชิก วิสัยทัศน์ ข้อกำหนดรวม ถึงประเด็นการเข้าร่วมประชาคมอาเซียน โดยที่กลุ่มตัวอย่างดังกล่าวมีความตระหนักรู้ในการเข้าสู่ประชาคม อาเซียนตามลำดับ

ส่วนประเด็นการปรับตัวต่อของนักศึกษาในการเข้าสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน พบว่า นักศึกษาได้ ปรับตัวเข้าสู่การเป็นประชาคมอาเซียนใน 3 ด้าน กล่าวคือ ด้านภาษา ด้านการเตรียมตัวเข้าสู่แรงงาน ด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรมสำหรับประเด็นปัญหาอุปสรรคนักศึกษาระบุว่ามหาวิทยาลัยประสบกับปัญหาบุคลากร ยังไม่มีความพร้อม ยังขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจที่ถ่องแท้เกี่ยวกับประเด็นประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนยังขาด ความรู้ด้านภาษา วัฒนธรรมในประเทศอาเซียน นักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่ไม่มีความพร้อมเกี่ยวกับการเตรียมความ พร้อมรองรับอาเซียน ในขณะที่มหาวิทยาลัยยังประสบปัญหาเครื่องมืออุปกรณ์บางอย่างไม่ทันสมัย ส่วนที่มี อยู่แล้วมีจำนวนจำกัดในการให้บริการ ปัญหาการบริหารมีความล่าช้า ยังไม่มีนโยบายที่ชัดเจนในระดับผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยบุคลากร และการส่งเสริมความรู้ เพื่อพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัยมหาวิทยาลัยต้องมุ่งเน้นและ ผนวกวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นเข้าสู่อาเซียนเช่นเดียวกันและควรส่งเสริมให้ทุกคนเข้าใจและมีความรู้ด้านประชาคม เศรษฐกิจอาเซียน AEC

Perception and Adaptation of student in Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University, In the ASEAN Community

This research aims to study adaptation of Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University students in ASEAN and the problems of Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University students in ASEAN. In this study, a combination of qualitative and quantitative research survey (Survey Research) and field research was used. The samples used in this study were 350 students. The tool used for data collection were a questionnaire and interviews The data were analyzed by percentage (Percent), Average (Mean) and analyzed by descriptive analysis purposes.

The results showed that all samples knew that Thailand was entering the Asean Economic Community (AEC) in 2558 including details concerning the community, the headquarters, members vision, requirements for attending the ASEAN community. The sample was a realization of joining the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC), respectively.

The issue of adaptation of the students in the AEC found that students adapted to the Asian community in three areas, namely the language, preparation for labors and society prepare for the barriers, student indicated that university faced with personnel issues, the lack of knowledge and understanding about the European Economic Community (AEC), Students were not ready to prepare for AEC. They also faced some outdated equipment, lack of equipment, which was already a limited action of services. Also they expected future demand and still have problems. Many modern devices management was delayed. There was no clear policy in this regard, the university administration had no clear and distribution personnel, promoting, educating personnel, equipment, and development university. There was also a lack of clarity the university needed to focus on the local culture and integrate into the ASEAN and should encourage all people to understand and had knowledge of AEC.
