การเตรียมความพร้อมในการจัดการศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน ของโรงเรียนเทศบาลในสังกัดเทศบาลนครสุราษฎร์ธานี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนที่มีต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมในการจั ดการศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอมเซียนของโรงเรียนเทศบาลในสั งกัดเทศบาลนครสุราษฎร์ธานี 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ด้านกระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร ด้านการใช้สื่อและเทคโนโลยี และด้านการนิเทศติดตาม เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากครูผู้สอน จำนวน 155 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตรส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ แบบสอบถาม มีความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบค่าที (T-TEST)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การเตรียมความพร้อมในการจัดการศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนของโรงเรียนเทศบาล ในสังกัดเทศบาลนครสุราษฎร์ธานี โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ ในระดับมาก ด้านกระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอน มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการใช้สื่อและเทคโนโลยี ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร ด้านหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา และด้านการนิเทศติดตาม ตามลำดับ การเตรียมความพร้อมในการจัดการศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนของ โรงเรียนเทศบาลในสังกัดเทศบาลนครสุราษฎร์ธานี ตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนที่มีระดับการศึกษาและ ประสบการณ์การทำงานต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนครูผู้สอนในระดับชั้นที่ต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน

The Preparation in Education for ASEAN Community of municipal school Under Municipality in SuratThani

The purposes of this research were to study and compare theopinions of the teachers towards the preparation in education for ASEAN community of municipal school under municipality in SuratThani in 5 aspects; the curriculum, the instructional process, the personal development, the media and technology, andthe supervisionfollow-up in overall and each aspect classified by education level, work experience, and classes level. The samples consisted of155 teachers by questionnaire and its reliability was 0.95. Data were analyzed by mean, standarddeviation ,and t-test

The research findings were as follows :

1. The teacher perceived the preparation in education for ASEAN community of mu­nicipal school under municipality in SuratThani in overall aspect at a high level while the instruction process is the highest, followed by the media and technology, the personal development, the curriculum and the supervision follow-up respectively. preparation in education to ASEAN community of teacher opinion with education level and work experi­ence, while no significant difference was found the teacher opinion in different classes

2. There was a statistically significant difference at 0.05 level, the comparison of the preparation in education to ASEAN community of teacher opinion with education level and work experience, while no significant difference was found the teacher opinion in different classes
